All lodging includes 3 nights, 9 meals, snacks, and drinks. Choose your comfort level:

🏠 Private Room
This ticket includes a private room with 1 Queen bed and a private bath, for 3 nights, 9 meals, coffee, snacks and soda, and all activities including Ropes Course and Canoeing. This room can accommodate 2 people.

👯 Semi-Private
This ticket includes 1 bed in an accommodation that has 2 twin beds, for 3 nights, 9 meals, coffee, snacks and soda, and all activities including Ropes Course and Canoeing. A cabin or house with shared bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas. Roommate must be indentified.

🛏 Camp House
Themed camp houses are back and more is included this year Ticket includes accommodation for 3 nights, 9 meals, coffee, snacks and soda, and all activities including Ropes Course and Canoeing. Our bunkhouses have 8 beds per room, and a bathroom with 3 sinks, 3 shower stalls and 3 toilet stalls. Only one person will be assigned per bunk.

Priced at $410 per person for Semi-private or $295 per person for Bunk House accommodations, both include 3 nights lodging, 8 cafeteria-style meals, afternoon snacks, and all activities. Transportation to and from camp is the individual’s responsibility, but you will find many people carpool making it a fun adventurous trip with friend.

Your payment is fully refundable if cancelled in writing prior to September, 24th, 2025 to registration@campcrystalclear.org. After that time, your deposit and housing accommodation may be transferred to another individual but will not be refunded.

Payment expected in full. Policy since 2024: You may request a full refund 45 days prior to the event by September 24th, 2025. No refunds will be granted after this date. See Refund Policy above.

If you would like to attend camp, but do not have the financial resources, please register by selecting the Bunkhouse Scholarship ticket. You will need to email us a letter from your sponsor stating your clean date, you’re working the steps, and you have a financial hardship, it can be sent to registration@campcrystalclear.org. Recipients will be asked to commit to one or more service duties during their time at the retreat. Scholarship awards will begin July 1st, 2025 and the last day to apply for scholarships will be 60 days before the event, September, 5th, 2025.

If you prefer to pay directly for a specific attendee you can select the appropriate ticket via the Register button, and enter their information. If some information is not be applicable, you can enter data to make the entry valid (for example, if no sobriety date then just enter today’s date).
